Welcome to the Olumide Emmanuel Foundation (OEF)
Established in 2010, OEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the eradication of poverty and the creation of a lasting, positive legacy. We are driven by the belief that poverty can be eradicated ONE PERSON AT A TIME and this we are actively working to achieve with financial education as a key pillar among several impactful strategies we use across communities in Nigeria and beyond.

International Day for the Eradication of Poverty

World Food Day

Participated in the observance of World Food Day and International Day for the Eradication of Poverty by distributing relief materials—including clothing, footwear, and food items—donated by compassionate Nigerians who support the mission and vision of the Foundation.

International Debate Competition

Sponsored an international debate competition held in Ogun State, during which three schools received prizes awarded by the Foundation.

Food Distribution (3,000+ Tubers of Yam)

Through its food bank initiative, the Foundation distributed over 3,000+ tubers of yam to residents of Wawa and Arepo villages in Ogun State, as well as Idimu in Lagos State, as part of its ongoing efforts to combat food insecurity and support vulnerable communities.

Optical Surgery

Mr. Isaiah Shittu Akande

Provision of financial support to Mr. Isaiah Shittu Akande, an elderly patient, to facilitate an optical surgery procedure.

     
Kidney Disease

Mr. Olumide Sasanya

Provision of financial support to Mr. Olumide Sasanya, a kidney disease patient.

     
Gowon Estate, Egbeda, Lagos

Medical outreach program

Hundreds of patients benefited from a free medical outreach program organized by the Foundation. The initiative featured the participation of medical doctors and specialists from both federal and private hospitals, who provided consultations, treatments, and administered free medications to attendees.

Mr. Oyewole

Provision of financial assistance to Mr. Oyewole, a member of the Lagos Newspaper Vendors Association.

     
Alimosho LGA, Lagos

Motorcycles Distribution

A self-empowerment workshop was organized in Alimosho Local Government Area for commercial motorcycle operators, during which ten (10) motorcycles were distributed to selected participants as a means of supporting their economic advancement.

PANTI Female Prison

The Foundation conducted an outreach at PANTI prison, where free sanitary towels were distributed to female inmates as part of its commitment to promoting hygiene and dignity among underserved populations.

     
Ikorodu & Ajegunle, Lagos

Victims Of The 2010 Flood Disaster

Relief materials were also donated to the StandUp Community Relief Group, an initiative founded by Parliamentarian Barrister Monday Ubani. The donation was aimed at bringing comfort and hope to the victims of the 2010 flood disaster in Ikorodu and Ajegunle.

Lagos

Refurbish the Lagos State Library

OEF obtained official approval from the government to refurbish the Lagos State Library and to reconstruct a borehole at Mafoluku Grammar School.
