Hilary Uche Eledu is a distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur, investment banker, chartered accountant, and management consultant whose career spans over 27 years of excellence across financial restructuring, strategic advisory, and leadership development. Renowned for his calm wisdom and sharp insight, Hilary has built a reputation as one of Nigeria’s most respected business minds and public speakers.
His professional journey covers deep experience in the manufacturing, media and entertainment, and financial services industries. He has consulted for a diverse portfolio of organizations in the areas of investment and asset management, revenue optimization, human capital development, and corporate transformation.
Hilary holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Lagos and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). A lifelong learner and leadership enthusiast, he is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School’s prestigious Advanced Management Program (AMP) and has further honed his skills through various international courses on Dynamic Leadership, Power Negotiation, Peak Performance, and Strategic Management.
He is the Managing Partner at Arnett Consulting, a dynamic firm providing customized total business solutions to clients across industries. Beyond the boardroom, Hilary serves as the pioneer Resident Pastor of Calvary Bible Church Lekki, where he devotes himself to mentoring and raising a new generation of Christian marketplace apostles.
Passionate about societal impact, Hilary is a Trustee of the Olumide Emmanuel Foundation (OEF)—a non-profit committed to poverty eradication and legacy empowerment. He is also a dedicated member of Ikoyi Club 1938, where he has contributed to several committees including Purchasing & Price Monitoring, Audit, and Investment. Notably, he has served as Treasurer and Captain of the Club’s Tennis Section, a testament to his love for leadership and service in every circle he finds himself.
A family man at heart, Hilary is married to Oghale Olushola Eledu, a passionate educator and school owner in Lekki, Lagos. Together, they are blessed with children and are raising them with the same values of excellence, integrity, and faith.
